Drew Sinclair

I am a student of creativity and am currently pursuing my master's degree in Transpersonal Arts Counselling at the Tobias School of Art and Therapy.

I am an Artist, Graphic designer, and Creative facilitator. Facilitating embodiment workshops that incorporate art, sound, and movement for wellness. I’m a softly spoken man whose heart often buzzes with the excitement of pollen-covered bees, and whose mind occasionally receives thoughts as resplendent as the symmetry in butterfly wings. I inhale and exhale and know all else will follow.

At the heart of my practice is embodiment. It reminds me that leadership, healing, and systems change must engage not only the head, but the heart and the hands. My workshops often begin and end with ritual—movement to open, song to close, holding participants in a safe, contained space. I ask participants to listen deeply, not only to each other, but to our own bodies, the “minority voice” within us. Through this listening, we connect, moving from the individual to the collective.

Grounded in philosophies like Ubuntu — “I am because we are”

and inspired by journeys in nature and across cultures, my work is both rooted and personal, both ancient and alive. I continue to learn, to train, and to co-create tools that can spread this practice further. But more than anything, I try my best to live by this message. Embodying what I teach. I carry into every circle the belief that creativity, ritual, and community are not luxuries—they are necessities for transformation.

My work is an invitation to remember that we are more than minds—we are bodies, hearts, and communities. An invitation to move, to sing, to drum, to create, to heal. An invitation to practice the change we long to see.
